I am thrilled to share my experience with my plumber, Alex, who has been handling various projects for me over the past five years. As a family-owned business with more than 20 years of expertise, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism and skill. Alex has tackled several significant projects for me, including a complete kitchen remodel, which involved digging a trench and installing plumbing to support an island. He's also replaced bathroom sinks, installed reverse osmosis systems, and replaced my hot water heaters. There is truly no plumbing challenge that Alex and his team cannot handle! A special thank you to Jackie, who always answers the phone with such professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. She makes sure to get you scheduled in a timely manner too. He is extraordinarily reliable, always arriving on time for scheduled appointments. I have never had to worry about him being unreliable or doing a job inadequately; his work is flawless the first time around. Without hesitation, I would recommend Alex for any plumbing needs.

I appreciate the prompt response I got when i called Resolution Plumbing. I had placed a service request with my homeowners repair company to replace my water pressure regulator. The service man showed up, took a pressure measurement, a couple f pictures of regulator, said he needed to confer with his office and left He was here less than 15 minutes and left Feeling unsatisfied, I placed a call to Resolution Plumbing. I explained my situation to the rep, she scheduled to have a technician come out the same day. The tech Gio showed up as promised, ran his test and confirmed that the regulator did need to be replaced. He indicated that he just needed to go pick up the part and would return shortly True to his word he returned, and replaced the regulator in a very short amount of time. He was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything to my satisfaction. He was great. I'm glad I made the call.

I recently had family visit from across the country. The morning after they arrived we woke up to a driveway full of running. Long story short, our hot water heater busted overnight and it was Saturday. I thought for sure my family and guests would have to stay at a hotel until we figured things out. At some point I remembered Resolution Plumbing because they had fixed some plumbing at our home before. After I called they were literally at our home in 25 minutes. They assessed the hot water heater and provided us with options AND changed it out on a Saturday. The service was superb and Alex was in and out in 3 hours. I highly recommend Resolution Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list for any future services. Resolution Plumbing, and Technician Giovanni, have provided 5 star+ service throughout our recent experience. Resolution Plumbing answered my call right away and handled the entire process professionally. Giovanni communicated with me each step of the way, going above and beyond his normal duty as we handled this experience part time from Hawaii. The repair was done expediently, even having Giovanni reinspect the repair when I asked for a confirmation of the original water leak. Adrian has been a phenomenal plumber assisting with the plumbing and fixture installation for our bathroom remodel. He has been consistently timely, professional, and thorough, not to mention performing his work with aplomb. We could not recommend him or the resolution team more highly. They have been fantastic to work with from initial consultation through final installation.

We were stressed about an unknown leak coming from the attic and my mom recommended resolution plumbing. We called them and spoke with Elizabeth, the owner. She was extremely helpful and took good care of us over the phone. She had a team available come out and help us quickly fix our leak. Her husband, Alex, the owner as well, arrived and was very professional and friendly. He fixed our pipe quickly and then explained the issue. The whole process was simple and a pleasant experience. And I'm thankful they were very affordable. They gave us a military veteran discount as well 👌 would call them again for any plumbing issues!

I had a great experience with Resolution Plumbing! They accommodated me quickly and efficiently with installing a new garbage disposal. They charged a fair rate that was competitive but worth it! I had Gio as the main plumber with attention to detail that was unmatched. Highly recommend

Aloha.. Adrian was very professional and polite. Explained everything thoroughly and opened to any questions that I had. I assumed the leak came from our upstairs tub but after testing tub & shower it turned out the leak was coming from the shower pipes. The leak went through the floor to the kitchen ceiling. He cut through the dry walls where needed and fixed the problem. He communicated with my landlord as well and made sure the areas he worked at was left cleaned, wiped and swept. He was very courteous and had a great personality. The company texted me prior to confirm his travel to my residence and respected my request to not ring the door bell to avoid barking from our dogs so i had time to put them in their room.
